With more than two decades of hands-on experience in Southern California real estate, Aaron leads BuildLA with a rare combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and boots-on-the-ground pragmatism. After founding BMR Enterprises and creatingaportfolio of successful projects, he established BuildLA to expand BMR’s comprehensive approach to real property development, which spans virtually every asset class, from multifamily subdivisions to adaptive reuse and ground-up new construction.
A licensed general contractor and real estate broker, Aaron brings a deep understanding of the entire development process, from feasibility through financing, permitting, construction, and disposition. To date, he’s spearheaded entitlement efforts for thousands of residential units across greater Los Angeles.
