A licensed general contractor and real estate broker, Aaron brings a deep understanding of the entire development process, from feasibility through financing, permitting, construction, and disposition. To date, he’s spearheaded entitlement efforts for thousands of residential units across greater Los Angeles.

Known for his problem-solving acumen, Aaron is a trusted expert in LA’s complex land use landscape, helping clients move forward confidently and profitably. His interdisciplinary fluency across policy, planning, design, construction, and capital strategy has shaped BuildLA’s unique, vertically integrated business model, creating exceptional value for clients and investors alike.
